Remove 'Request Noncatalog Item' option from Punchout link

When a user selects a punchout catalog for purchasing, a second page opens with two options:  Punchout to Supplier and request Noncatalog Item.  This is confusing to our users and we would like to remove the Request Noncatalog Item link.  Is this possible?
