Summary
Functionality of "Lock if confirmed for employee" and "Lock if confirmed for managerContent
Scenario 1:With Future dated Absence
Employee submitted request with future date and leave got approved by manager and BUD then status changed to "Scheduled" which is absolutely fine.
Despite we have checked both lock options(Manager & Employee) and leave approved by all still employee able to edit leave and can resubmit request.
As a negative case I have unchecked both options and tried again, but same results. I really don't see any difference whether we checked or unchecked. In Both scenarios employee able to edit options.
