Not getting the FCCS application name in Source column and Custom Application name in Target column of Import Format

Hi all,

Am trying to extract the FCCS data via data management where after creating the custom application in Target application under Register, not getting the FCCS application name in Source column and custom application in Target column of Details tab of Import format - Integration Set up of DM. Hence can some one suggest me what set up I missed and let know to get those details what I have to be done.
