To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

How to use an IF THEN statement only in the greetings message?Content
Hi Everyone,
Our SR is waiting for support at the moment, so I thought I may reach out to the community if someone already solved this or if anyone has any suggestions. We are using the Newsfeed layout and we are on 19B since July, 3rd weekend.
If I'm right, the greetings message on the Landing Page right after login uses First Name_Last Name logic when greeting the users.
We received many feedback since we switched to Newsfeed, that users are missing their Known As, aka Preferred First Name values from this message.
