Personal Info - Missing areas when in responsive mode

Hello,

We have switched to responsive in a test environment and the employee account (custom) has lost access to many areas  (PER_PERSONAL_INFORMATION_RESPONSIVE_ENABLED set to Y).

 

Assume it is more of a privilege issue as we have shown all the icons? Any ideas on where we can find the information for this - anyone else come across it?
