My Demand management plan is erroring out with an error that the plan does not have enough history of item to process. 

Error message: "The plan's population contains products, but the products do not have any historical data. This may be due to plan filters or lack of available data."

Using FBDI template, I loaded data for an item's shipment history. The program to load the data completed successfully without any error. When running the plan it completes in error with the message indicated above.
