Unable to view Recoverable instance in PCS

Hi All,

I am looking for some inputs around how to reprocess recoverable instance in PCS.

When i view the dashboard i can see the details of the recoverable instance but when click on to see the details i don't see any details.

I have all the necessary roles assigned. Any inputs around how to handle / process exceptions are welcomed.
