Learning Resource Alert - Offering Enrollment Notification

Summary

While creating a resource alert to enroll a learner based on the learning item type ORA_CLASS the learner receives the notification only at the course level and not at the Offering level.

Hi,

The requirement is to build an enrollment notification based on the Assignment Type and Learning Item Type.

I build 4 notifications:

1. Required Course Enrollment Notification

2. Required Offering Enrollment Notification

3. Voluntary Course Enrollment Notification

4. Voluntary Offering Enrollment Notification

I build the above by adding the filters respectively using the tokens as shown below:

${assignmentType} = 'ORA_REQUIRE_ASSIGNMENT' or 'ORA_JOIN_ASSIGNMENT'

${learningItemType} = 'ORA_CLASS' or ORA_COURSE
