Good Afternoon,

We're looking to utilize the News and Announcements section in the new Responsive look of HCM.  Specifically, looking for some direction/answers on a few questions..

1. In terms of adding new content or editing existing content, who can all do this?  Specifically I'd like to be able to update and add new content/images to this area.  In order to do this, what permissions do i need in order to do this?  Right now our IT person is the only one who is able to update and add content/images.
