Hi,

Employee ABC wants to take a “Pregnancy Disability Leave” (Unpaid) from Aug 1 to Aug 31. but as per the requirement there is no option for employee to take Pregnancy Disability Leave directly.

In this case employee first apply “Leave of Absence (LOA)” with absence reason “Pregnancy Disability”,  this absence request goes to HR Admin and based on the absence reason HR Admin will apply  “Pregnancy Disability Leave” on behalf of employee from Aug 1 to Aug 31

Now Employee have two absence entries on same time period.

Leave of Absence (LOA)      --->> Aug 1 to Aug 31

Pregnancy Disability Leave  --->> Aug 1 to Aug 31
