Position Synchronization

Hi all!

For those of you that are using position management and run position management sync, can you please tell me how many positions you have, how often you run the sync, how far back you are syncing and how long the process typically runs?  We are evaluating implementing positions within Oracle HCM and are trying to get an idea as to how much a bear the job is.
