Hello All,
I wanted your inputs on how clients are handling the following process:
My client has over 2000 job profiles which we are planning to load using HDL. Unfortunately, when using HDL to load Job description, requirements and qualifications- all the formatting is lost. Bulleted text is all grouped into one paragraph.
The client is also implementing Recruiting cloud and leveraging job profiles to bring in the job description, qualifications and responsibilities.
Has anyone experienced similar issues with formatting? How did you handle it?
How have you leveraged job-profile information within recruiting or onboarding?
Any pointers and advice you can provide is greatly appreciated.
