    Hi,

    I was trying to set up a cross-region (us-phoenix-1 and us-ashburn-1) Cassandra (C*) cluster.  Doing so, C* nodes in one region need to communicate to C* nodes from another region and vice versa.  I can ssh into C* nodes of either regions from my machine w/o any issue.  However, I could not ssh from a C* node in us-phoenix-1 region into another C* node in us-ashburn-1 region.  This told me nodes between two regions cannot communicate.  Can anyone shed some light on how to get around this problem?
