Edit on Welcome Notification

Hello -

I would like to edit the standard welcome new user (account creation) notification from HCM.  There are two things I appreciate some guidance on:

1) what do I use to get only the URL (login page not the re-set password URL)

2)  Can I add bullet points in the text is so are there any expressions that I need to use.

The standard notification:
