Good Morning

Does anyone know if there is any subtitle software that isn't compatible with Learning?

We're about to launch a new suite of fire safety videos and we need to add subtitles. The company who is producing the videos have offered to use either SRT or Burnt In, but have said SRT isn't always compatible with LMS'
