Having problems with Org/Department Roll-up Filter

Content

All,

I am having a problem creating a reliable Org or Department roll-up filter in my dashboards. I use "Assignment Manager List Unsecured"."Manager Name" for manager roll-up. Since I could not find a similar field for Department or Org I wrote the case statement below: However, it seems to be unreliable for the nested reports that make a dashboard especially when multiple department are selected. Does any one have a better way to create a Department rollup filter? Or point me to a field that works?

CASE WHEN "- Hierarchy"."Level 1 Department" is not null  THEN "- Hierarchy"."Level 1 Department" ELSE '' END  ||  CASE WHEN "- Hierarchy"."Level 2 Department" is not null  THEN '<br>' || "- Hierarchy"."Level 2 Department" ELSE '' END  ||  CASE WHEN "- Hierarchy"."Level 3 Department" is not null  THEN '<br>' || "- Hierarchy"."Level 3 Department" ELSE '' END  ||  CASE WHEN "- Hierarchy"."Level 4 Department" is not null  THEN '<br>' || "- Hierarchy"."Level 4 Department" ELSE '' END  ||  CASE WHEN "- Hierarchy"."Level 5 Department" is not null  THEN '<br>' || "- Hierarchy"."Level 5 Department" ELSE '' END  ||  CASE WHEN
