Unable to Hide Quick Actions in 19C

Looking to see if one can still hide Quick Actions in 19C - My Workforce

In 19B we were able to hide the Quick Actions within the My Workforce tab.  19C was applied to our DEV/TEST environments this past weekend and we are now unable to hide these any longer.  From what we've read, it sounds like we are unable to hide these with 19C.  Can anyone confirm whether or not these can be hidden any longer?  Thx.
