Reset password for remote workers not working

Location Based Access Control could be a factor


We have Location Based Access Control.  To enable remote workers to access the system, they first have to log into our company VPN.  This captures all their network traffic and redirects it through our network, so it appears to Fusion as if they are logging in from our corporate network.  Most of the time this works fine, but not for password resets.

1. Log into company VPN.

2. Go to Fusion login page and click forgot password.

3. Open email and click on link.

4. Error.  Your password link has expired.  Use forgot password.
