Customer Import FBDI not updating customer addresses

We uploaded customers via the Customer Import FBDI template. When I reload the customers, using the same FBDI template, and change the addresses in the Locations tab, I notice that the addresses are not being updated. Is there some trick to actually changing the customer address after it's been created using the FBDI template?
