Can I download an FCC Sample Application?

Hello, 

I am attempting to stand up a fresh FCC application using a Sample application.  Unlike when creating a PBC application where there is an option to chose Sample, this is not there fore FCC applications.   Is there anywhere that a Sample application can be downloaded and used to stand up an application?
