HR Specialist Email Address Showing Up in Pending Worker Record During Conversion

edited Aug 7, 2019 1:54PM in Human Capital Management 5 comments

Summary

The HR Specialist email address is showing up in the Pending Worker record during the conversion as well as the address of our location versus the employee location.

Content

We currently have an interface between our ATS (iCIMS) to HCM.  So records coming into HCM come in as a Pending Worker.  Then our HR Specialists grab the Pending Worker record and convert to an employee once all the paperwork is approved to do the actual hire.

Twice now (once in June and once today) our HRIS Manager was converting a Pending Worker to an employee and when she got to the email address it was already filled in with the HRIS Manager's email address.  She entered the new employee email address instead but how did that populate in the first place with the HRIS Manager's email address?
