Error when trying to schedule new processes via HCM Cloud (19B)

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone had seen the following error when trying to schedule any process in HCM Cloud and also what steps should be followed to resolve:

"Unable to retrieve content. Additional information for "Remote Region error #8"

Any assistance would is greatly appreciated.
