NUX: Salary Action LOV cannot be edited when invoked from another Quick Action

When choosing to change Salary when performing a different Quick Action, we cannot choose relevant Action associated with Salary Change

Hello,

We're in the process of enabling Manager Self-Service on 19B.  This question is in relation to making a Salary change via/in conjunction with Change Assignment Quick Action and not being able to select/change the Salary Action.  Did not see anything in Forum or Idea Lab, so wanted to verify we're not missing anything before logging SR, or Idea.

As a manager clicking on Change Assignment Quick Action, and selecting an employee, I'm also selecting Salary in the Questionnaire to enter a salary change.  In Trx Design Studio > Change Assignment action > Salary Region, I’ve set Action & Action Reason to Visible.  It shows up to the manager, but cannot be edited and defaults to (what we believe to be) the last value in our Action LOV.
