Hi,

When a Manager submits a Termination and they select 'No' on the field 'Recommended for Rehire' the 'Why Not?' field is displayed but contains no Values.  However, when an HR Super User Terminates an Employee and selects 'No' on the field 'Recommended for Rehire' the 'Reason' field displayed to them contains a list of values.

Steps to Replicate:

1) Login as a Manager
2) Navigate: My Team > My Team
3) For a sub-ordinate click on the Ellipses > Terminate
4) In the ‘Recommended for Rehire’ field select ‘No’
5) The Why Not field is displayed; however, there are no values in the list
