Hello Experts,

Have you already faced a similar issue:

We created a sandbox for a rather simple personalization : adding two icons to the Me tab on the homepage using Navigator > Configuration > Structure.
These icons point statically to 2 BIP reports (employment letters) in an OTBI folder. Links are working fine, nothing unusual.

After exiting the sandbox, coming back to Manage Sandboxes, clicking on the sandbox name then on the download all button, I have the option to choose the local folder I want to save the related .zip file.
