Electronic Signature

Anybody facing issues with electronic signature?

I have created a Learning Plan with different courses and for each one of them i linked to a different electronic signature (once they are in different languages). It was working fine until last week. 

I was doing a final test before launching the LP and now the electronic signature is not working - it does not allow the user to type the data request - in my case first name and last name.

Any help??
