HFM Assistance


Working through this to obtain the access I need (Appreciate your help).  Comparing the log-on process to a co-worker , I seem to not get a connection when opening the file via Smartview. 

gets the attached prompt (attached screenshot in email) to log-on, but I do not.  I see to think this is preventing me from obtain a connection for the file. 

Would you know how to obtain this connection?  Am I missing requiring access somewhere?
