Issues in creating service connection in VBCS

Summary

Test service connection results in 502 bad gateway error

I am unable to create a Service Connection (Define By EndPoint) in VBCS (masterdev) for the REST URL: https://omhdev06211-cxvert20190422205000.mobile.test.ocp.oc-test.com/mobile/custom/catalogManagement/catalog . This is a non-fa service hosted on Oracle Mobile Hub.After filling the authentication details (Basic Authentication scheme) and hitting Test button, results in the following:{
