Has Anyone implemented learning solution as Subscription based for external customers

Summary

We have a requirement to use learning module to open it for clients outside the application. how can this be achieved.

Content

1. Customer should be able to browse the courses and enroll for the course by paying the fee.

2. Customer should be able to manage the course curriculum and assign learners within an organization.

3. Customer should be able to generate reports and also track certifications (Specializations)
