After creating a custom Job Role from Human Resource Analyst Role, the user having the Data Role mapped to the custom Role is not able to see any search result in Person Management in Environment 2. However in Environment 1, the same custom role with same setup works fine for the user having data role mapped to the custom Job Role. The Data Role has view all access. I tried running the LDAP process and Import User and Role Application Security Data Process but still no luck. Tried running Synchronize Person Records, Update Person Search Keywords, Refresh Manager Hierarchy and Synchronize Profile Search Keywords Index processes but did not resolve. I added Person Management Duty Role to the custom role which did not resolve the issue. Please suggest a resolution.
