My organization is currently in Year 1 of a 5 Year transformation program to move a majority of our tech stack to Oracle Cloud + Utilities Framework. As of now we are operational with Oracle Cloud for Financials, Human Capital Management, and Supply Chain Management. Something we've experienced is that within Oracle Cloud the process/tools to migrate changes between environments (e.g. Dev > Test > Prod) is almost completely manual and requires re-keying all changes each time - "fast formulas" being the exception.
