Hi,

We have requirement where we would like to send an email notification to a group immediately after the termination completes.

Our current approval flow is set to self auto approve. Also, we would like to see the below details in the FYI notification.

employee email

Emp name, REquestor name, requestor email, Employee location, Termination date, User access revoke(Immediate/After Termination) 

Please advise how to achieve this requirement using Approvals flow or BPM
