Can a manager review the changes they've made prior to submitting their trx?

Hello, Simple question as I've not been able to find a profile option or config around this...  Currently, it seems that when a manager submits, a transaction, it simply 'goes' without prompt or confirmation and manager is just abruptly brought back to their Home page.  Is there a way to either...

1) ask the manager to confirm their submission ("You are about to complete this transaction - are you ready to submit?" or...

2) review the changes they've made via a final review page before submitting, or...
