Clear data for few reconciliations

Hi Gurus,

I am seeing incorrect data in "Source System Balance"(double of what is expected) only for few reconciliations for a specific period. Is there any way I can clear data only for a couple of recons for a period.
If I recreate period data will be lost for all the periods which is not what we want to do. Any inputs are highly appreciated.
