New Admin Pages - Responsive look & feel - can they be switched?

Hi all,

With 19c as expected the admin screens have the new responsive face lift - which look great

However, we're keen to link the system changes with switching to responsive in Oct, although 19c arrives in September, is there a way to switch these off for for a little longer so we combine the change? Or is it compulsory from the 19c release and the classic versions cannot be switched back on?
