OIC Schedule in UTC - DST impact

I do not see an option to schedule OIC flow in timezone of my preference. only option I see is UTC. If I go ahead and schedule, will it not impact when DST toggles? do I have to change the Time Zone preferences or something to avoid any change in time due to DST? appreciate any inputs.
