The suppliers can be located in different cities and states and so we can have distinct tax rules that cause impacts in final price.

Once suppliers always informs the tax-free price, buyers need to check all taxes included in each case before comparing conditions and making the right decision.

In Purchasing Cloud we can include the tax calculation automatically using the '"Inclusive Tax handling in Procure to Pay flow"' option in the Setup.
