FCCS - Task Manager - Sharing information with non users

Any good suggestions on sharing status of tasks in Task Manger(previously Close Manager) to a wider audience (non FCCS users)

We are working on a project to implement Task Manager (used to be called Close Manager) part of FCCS in a big organisation

FCCS Task manager gives great visibility of the status and completion of tasks e.g. Month End cycle to FCCS users

The organisation has over a thousand users who are notified of the completion of certain tasks, but who would not necessarily update or interact with FCCS. It would just not make sense to buy a licence for each of these users who simply need to know if GL has closed.
