Unable to view all item attributes under specification tab in manage items

I have created few items but I am not able to view few attribute values through UI example "outside opearation UOM type" and "outside operation flag". I have uploaded through FBDI by providing these values in the FBDI template and successfully imported items through FBDI but still these values are not inserted to the DB table as well.

Please advise if I am missing any thing?
