OTBI vs BIP

All - on Julian's OTBI call today, I asked about the benefits of using OTBI vs using BIP.  I am aware of when we use BIP instead of OTBI (data not available in OTBI, like the Area of Responsibility fields) but when should we use OTBI instead of BIP?  Julian mentioned that OTBI is upgrade proof - meaning when Oracle changes table names or field names, OTBI will automatically update those tables/fields, but there are manual modifications needed for BIP.

I think Infolets might be another one ... I believe they are only available for OTBI data (I know they can link to a BIP report, but the actual visual).
