PO receipt using QR Code

Hello All,

One of our customer want perform PO receiving using QR code...They will follow following process ...

1) QR Code will be printed on PO document @ Line Level (PO report will be customized to print QR code on PO)

2) When supplier sends the material they will send the PO with QR code.

3) Receiving department will scan the QR code and create receipt in the system.

Please suggest if this is possible ....
