New Learning Assignments (Alert) not triggering

Hi,

With 19C there was a New Learning Assignments (Alert) delivered which triggers when you enroll into courses/specializations.

Has this triggered/worked for anyone? Every time i run the alert though there are enrollments the Alert History shows 0 Messages.

If yes, did you make any changes to the alert in order for it to run?

 

Any help is highly appreciated.
