enhance user experience when using embedded chat inlays by:
Showing connectMessageNoAgentsAvailable and connectMessageOutsideOfficeHours before filling and submitting the pre chat form.
when using embedded chat inlays if there are no agents available or it's out of office hours the user should fill the form before getting the corresponding messages which I think It's not a good user experience why to fill a form when I'm contacting out of hours or no agent available to help.
Use Case and Business Need
use case1: a customer trying to use live chat out of office hours they need to fill a form and wait for a minute then to reply saying It's out of office hours . Not a good user experience better to be shown at the start.
