Anyone having issues with Learning Plan messages not being sent?

Summary

Learning plan messages were working fine on Wednesday and appear to have stopped working.

Is anyone else having issues with Learning Plan messages? They seemed to be working fine while testing on Wednesday, but today I cannot get them to work... not seeing them in classic messages either. Enrollment messages seem to be working fine.
