Is there any way to create user in oracle mobile cloud service using our mobile app ?

I have to create one app where i have to add register functionality. Once user regeneration is done it will create user in mcs user list , assign default role and send password to registered user. Later Admin can assign him different role. I could not find any thing that can is helping me to create user on mcs instance once i register in my mobile app.

Any idea how to achieve this ?
