In otbi notifications, email is not trigerring properly

Manager is getting all employee records

Created analysis by choosing Create Database Query. Now in otbi agent , recipients tab username field chosen from condition report.. Still the manager is getting all employee details. Suppose 1,2 are the employe of Manager A and 3 is the employee of Manager B, still Manager A is able to see 1,2 along with3 details and also Manager B is also able to see all. So what to do, that only manager can see their own record, please suggest
