Edit the three dots button

Hello, 

I am trying to modify the list of values (actions/transactions) available within the three dots button in My Team. If you go to My Team you will see a list of your direct reports on the far right is the three dots button, I believe it's called Smart Navigator or Actions button. When clicking the button it will provide you a list of transaction you can select. An example is Best Fit transaction. I would like to modify this list because we do not utilize Best Fit functionality. 

Does anyone know how to modify the values in this button?
