Recurring learning plan issue - Courses showing as completed

Hi All,

It appears something has changed recently regarding Recurring learning plans on our site. When a learning plan renews, it normally marks all items as incomplete, however several users in the past week are reporting a recurring learning plan show as incomplete, while all the individual courses show as completed.

This is obviously leaving employees confused about what they should do.

Did something change? Is this a bug?
