Hi guys,

I'm new on ARCS and I was wondering 2 things mainly

1. Once the rules have been applied to a transaction matching we have 3 possible outcomes: Suggested Matches, Matches and Unmatched transactions. I found the export option only for the last case, is there anyway to export the other two ?? At the moment we have a bit over 5000 results that were confirmed and the client would like to take a look at them

2. After importing transactions using the jobs card, sometimes the user has to reload the file for whatever reason. They were told to delete the transaction's record also using the jobs card. However after the job to clear the records has been executed all of results can still be seen on the Matches tab from the Reconciliation card, however If they try to drill into those transactions the app doesn't show anything. Is this the normal behavior ?? If so why are those "ghost" matches still showing, what is the purpose. Or do they get automatically deleted by an automated
