Hi,

I am due to demonstrate the Job Profile functionality to our Talent Team and I have configured a couple of Job Profiles.  When an Employee navigates to Me > Career and Performance > Career Development > Click on the Explore Roles button under the region 'Careers of Interest' the Explore Roles page is displayed.  The Employee can search on Job Roles but when they are displayed there is no way of adding them as a Career of Interest.  I can navigate to Me > Quick Actions > Show More > Career and Performance > Find Best Fit Job to find
